  • I know, but as a woman I'm not interested in having a massive chest or traps, my focus is more on shoulders, legs/glutes and back. Also women can do more reps closer to our 1RM and have more slow twitch muscle fibers. We also have less muscle mass in our upper body so can't get stronger there as fast as men can. In the case of this particular Jeff Nippard program the difference between the two versions is that the men's has more exercises that carry over to the traps, and lower reps
