Would anyone happen to have Weightlifting: Fitness for all sports by Tamas Ajan?
A scan or a PDF of it would be awesome.
Are you a faggot as well?
Only exercises I do:
>Squat (high bar or low bar is up to you ... I do low bar)
>Dumbbell press ... Probably will transition into bench press soon for finer weight adjustment
>Dumbell shoulder press ... Again, will probably transition to the bar soon
>Weighted, yes weighted, chinups
>Absolutely no machine faggotry ... Only free weights ... Don't be a faggot.
>Lift heavy ass weights, eat sufficiently, and get enough sleep ... And don't be a faggot.
Squats create strong backs along with strong legs, core, etc.
Squats and oats embiggens the smallest man.
Still looking for powerlifting year one by Kirschen. Anybody?
can anyone upload Adam Steer's Yoga for strength training please :?
Does anyone have Basic Scrolling by Dennis Rogers? I'd buy it myself, but he took it off the market, and so I'm hoping it's floating around somewhere.
Also, does anyone have Ultimate Forearm Training for Baseball by Jedd Johnson of the Diesel Crew? You awesome motherfuckers uploaded Blunt Force Trauma AND the Chaos Manual, both of which I've been looking for for quite a while.
And finally, if anyone could find The Art of Hojo Undo, I would love you forever.
If anyone is interested, some of the stuff I have that hasn't already been uploaded is:
Seven Weeks to 100 Push Ups
The Card Tearing Ebook by the Diesel Crew
Developing Grip Strength (oldie but goodie)
Diesel Crew Nail Bending
Cholesterol and Saturated Fat - David Evans
Ross Enamait's Boxing Newsletter Archive
Dinosaur Arm Training
Iron Claws Course - Michael H. Brown (excellent manual focused on the bench press and the one arm thick bar deadlift, highly recommended)
Kelso's Shrug Book
Solitary Fitness by Charles Bronson
The Paleo Solution by Robb Wolf
and those are the cool ones.
If anybody wants one or more of those, let me know, and if you could upload/look for my requests, I would really appreciate it.
Would be great if you could share these:
1. The Card Tearing Ebook by the Diesel Crew
2. Dinosaur Arm Training
3. Iron Claws Course - Michael H. Brown
I'm always down to hook a nigga up.

Good luck in your training, keep an eye out for the stuff I mentioned if you have the time. Thanks!
Anybody got John Kiefer's Carb Backloading? If not possible to upload here can you please email it to email@example.com?
Hey I'm interested in developing grip strength and the paleo solution
thanks for uploading those others as well
it's been posted here
Don't get me wrong, squats are a perfectly good exercise, and works hard a lot of muscle groups, and I practice them regularly too. The thing is that the strength and flexibility that bridges can give to your lower back is pretty amazing and can't, in my opinion, be supplied by squatting, nor doing anything else.
Does anybody have any kind of book on coming back from injuries? I have an elbow injury that's really bothering me rigth now.
Dean Somerset's Post Rehab Essentials would be great
Anyone have Powerlifting Year 1? Thanks.
Anyone happen to have John Romaniello's "Engineering The Alpha"?
Me love you long time.
