My thanks for the compliment. Like I say, I've got some good shit from here. 4chan /fit/ directed me. I'm a combat athlete, so Blunt Force Trauma, and the Greyskull Conditioning workouts in particular are going to be very helpful.
On that topic, in addition to my earlier requests, I'd like to add one.

'm about 400-600 calories deficit daily, and when I start to get hungry I get a feeling similar to being too sleepy or overworked (neither of these things are true). How do you avoid this while dieting? I have college and a fiance, so I can't be doing this foggy-headed shit.
