  • Does anyone understand the naming convention of the RP programs?

    Things like M_6_C or N_F_4?

    I've figured out with the physique programs that the number is the number of days, I think the middle initial is Male/Female, but I'm not sure what the other letter is. It's obviously different for the diet templates where I think M/C is mass/cut.

    Also, when you go to buy the RP workout templates they ask you for an experience level. Does anyone know if this changes the program in any way - and if so in what way it does?

  • N_F_4 -- I don't know what N stands for, but F stands for Full-Body and 4 stands for 4 days. A = Arms and Delts, C = Chest and Back, I'm guessing there is L = Legs but I don't have any legs specialization templates.

  • P.S. Not sure about experience level for physique templates. For Powerlifting templates, experience and weight class level affect frequency and volume. Advanced lifter templates have 2x frequency on Squat, Bench, Deadlift while the beginner templates have 4x Squat, 3x Bench, 2x Deadlift.
