Hi guys
I’ve seen most of you are looking for the RP diet mass templates. So was I at the beginning. I do not have the templates. However If you have the RP diet ebook which have been uploaded, it is pretty easy to make your own ones. If you have your baseline diet you only need to add 250-500 calories this is done increasing fat amounts just that. Another thing I did was change from 0.8 to 1.0 g of protein per lb, this is acceptable since they recommend having between 0.8-1.0 g of protein per lb. And I found 0.8 was enough for my maintenance. Hope this helps.
