I have the bastards for many years now, no change in size.
>Eggs and cholesterol is based on defunct studies. To live healthily, imagine how a neolithic man would have lived. Plain fruits and veg (boiling is obviously allowed) plain meat (anything you like, red meat isn't bad for you. Meat is only ever bad if you burn it) milk and eggs.
you're actually talking about a "paleolithic" man, "neolithic" is our times. So, no milk, 'cause you couldn't take it from a savage cow. The rest is right to me.
In Europe and Asia, milk is well digested in adults and is a good source of nutrition and protein. Is also cheap.
That's what I get for posting at 2am
Supertraining by Yuri anyone?

He is a cool guy, buy the books once you have the paper :) Juggernaut 2.0 and the Cube Method would be much appreciated !
I have Supertraining, however, mediafire won't let me upload it because I have a basic account, which has a limit on file size. Give me a day or two to see if I can re-save the pdf to a smaller file.
Body weight can incorporate your entire body.
Look into Convict Conditioning, Beast Skills, etc if you are interested.

You are getting exactly what a 5x5 routine will get you. Consistent increase in strength with little to no gain in muscle mass. The point is maximizing strength, and it is working just fine with you. If you are only interested in gaining muscle mass, you need another protocol.
can you elaborate?
i am really getting into running, but i also just signed up for a weightlifting class at the community college because i'm scrawny and know nothing about lifting.
and what do you guys like to eat before a run?
i've been doing 2 boiled eggs with some carrot/apple/pear juice. i want to switch it up tho so i'm not eating eggs every day.

i don't think neolithic man was all that healthy. his life expectancy was like 25 due to disease and malnutrition. it seems foolish to base your diet on people who ate whatever the fuck they could get their hands on because they had a lack of stable reliable foods. and our bodies have evolved since that era too.
and don't extended fasts like that just fuck up your metabolism and cause your body to go into fat storage mode so that it will have reserves to live off of when you aren't eating for days at a time?
what's wrong with just eating a sensible vegetarian diet every day? no meats, no fasts, no cleanses, no detox; just vegetables, grains, legumes, whiskey, and fruit?
>>10987 i have but it says i need a premium account i dont have one
