Figured it out. Calibre's default .pdf text size when converting them is 24pt. I changed it to 16.
Updated copy with smaller font and only 457 pages instead of 750.
Thank you so much for all your time and effort.
Also good to know about the conversion details for future reference.
thanks for the shares.

let's talk running
i recently started and got up to 5k every other day. i still have to slow to a walk for a few minutes in the middle to catch my breath.
is it good to run every day? lately i have been doing every other day and trying to increase the distance a little each time.
so /fit/, talk to me about running.
i also dropped 5kg with running and cutting dairy out of my diet. another 5kg will drop me to my ideal weight!
you probably have bad genes.
~10% of people are "super responders" meaning that moderate work for a short time results in marked physical change.
most people are "average responders" which means that hard work for a long time will show reasonable physical change.
here's the rub though. about ~10% are "low responders" which means that after hard work for prolonged time, they show little to no change. they get frustrated and quit working out when they realize that no amount of work is going to give them the body they dream of.
that said, exercise has numerous other health benefits and everyone should do it. but, if you are just doing it to look pretty, and it's not working, then quit. you probably have crappy genes.
I can't think of anything wrong with running every day. My logic is that our buddies were built to run, stalk game, hunt, etc.
I'm sure there's a good chance of getting your joints or bones fucked but oh well... in 2010 it helped me cut massive amounts of weight-- i never looked more toned -- and now I've gotten back into it and again its been melting away my fat, in conjunction with an improving diet (more fresh fruit/vegetables, no caffeine, less dairy, aiming at much less alcohol, lol...)
I actually don't have either of those. I can give you these instead though.

hi guys can anyone upload Full Throttle Conditioning by ross enamait i couldnt find it anywhere on the net thanks
Running is good. If you're weightlifting, it's bad since it will kill off your gains, but if for general fitness/weight loss, it's excellent.

Looking for the cube method by brandon lilly
are a woman or man?
running everyday isnt THAT good, you need at last one rest day between.
also strech, eat something light before run, drink water, look how much time its take to done the run.
Eggs and cholesterol is based on defunct studies. To live healthily, imagine how a neolithic man would have lived. Plain fruits and veg (boiling is obviously allowed) plain meat (anything you like, red meat isn't bad for you. Meat is only ever bad if you burn it) milk and eggs.
Cut out all processed shit. Cut out grains, sugar, all carby modern shit that people shovel down their gullets. Fruit and milk are the only reasonable sources of sugar.
Exercise as much as you can. Boxing, wrestling, judo, weights (SS, no isolation bullshit), sprint training.
Endurance is bad for your body.
If anyone tells you to go vegetarian, they're pushing their agenda down your throat. Humans are meant to be omnivores and vegetarians have to be very careful about getting their nutrition right.
If you're really interested in being healthier, a 48 hour fast every fortnight has been shown to lower body fat and improve bloods. Makes sense, because neolithic man would have gone periods without food.
[Citation needed] Whatever, I'm not trying to sell you anything here. This is actually a cheaper way of living and I'm just trying to help you out. Good luck man.
Bought LGN365 to share here: http://www.mediafire.com/file/97ml4su7gameai1/lgn365.zip
Anybody has Cube Method or Juggernaut Training 2?
I actually bought LGN365 myself, I would have shared, but my name is on the bottom of every page.
How did you remove your name?
Interesting, mine didn't have my name at all.
As a grown ass man, I asked for Juggernaut 2.0 and Texas Method Advanced for Christmas. Hoping I get at least one of them so that I can deliver.
Could you please re upload :
