uhh, depends how strict towards veganism you decide to tailor your diet.
The main concern is Vitamin b12 deficiency which causes neurological issues. Source for vitamin b12 is animals or lots of bacteria. And the damage it causes can be irreversible.
And it gets a bit harder to have a good niacyn/triptophane intake. Harder, not impossible. Just maintain a balanced diet. Niacin aka vitamin B3 deficiency is called pellagra, symptoms are described as the three "ds" Dementia, Diarrhoea, Dermatitis.
Not much of a concern in the US, since it's added to flour. Only a concern in weirder than normal vegans who decide to only eat one food. Example only apples "because I decided to do a body cleansing for a year" and other darwin award winning ideas.
So, two reasons for dementia and other psychiatric/neurological conditions in vegan people. Besides being vegan.
Not your case, you'll eat eggs at least. Or supplement your dietary lack of those specific micronutriens.
