Those press days look tiring as hell, interesting setup you got.
Just curious, what's the thinking behind how your curls are organized?
for curls my reasoning is:
week 1 you go for a moderately heavy weight, week two, back off a bit, keep it heavy but also get in some light work, week 3 go all out on the curls (weight wise) then fully back off on week 4, just go for a pump. doing curls with a sort of strength set up has always worked for me.
