You were right, changing the scale seems like the best option.
to be sure, I got on and off five times consecutively five times and it gave a set of results in no apparent order from 83.9 to 91.8!
Moral of this story: Don't trust electronic equipment.

So, after performing my forearm workout (consisting in hanging from a rope for about 30 seconds, as I'm following CC2) my fingers have this numbness, and I have trouble to open them for a while. I'm also developing calluses in my hands and fingers. Also, the other day my index's joints started aching, not that much but I'm starting to worry, because I don't wanna fuck them up in the long road, but pretty much the opposite.
Is this normal or according to the expectations? does it happens to you sometimes, for example, after performing several pull-ups? or am I doing something wrong and I'm gonna screw my fingers for good?
Thank you very much for answering.

I'm Also Interested, But As Long As You Are Working Every Muscle They Should All Develop To Accommodate Your Mass.

Change the battery, electronic scales get weird when the battery is low.

Have a diet with lots of fruits and vegetables and add olive oil to your diet.

Head & Shoulders is terrible for the scalp. Zinc Pyrithone and Selenium Sulfide will accelerate hair loss because it damages the scalp.

Trampolines put a lot of stress on your knees and hips, I'd stay away from them.

i got a $7 electronic from Target. it goes to 1 decimal and can be changed btwn lb, kg, and stone. i always weigh myself in triplicate and it has zero variance. i then confirmed the weight with a triple beam at the gym and the values agreed.
so some electronic scales seem accurate and precise. not OPs though

Your picture is too small for comment.

Tilapia is decent to good, but don't get the farmed ones high in polyunsaturated fat (check nutrition info). For Tilapia specifically, the less fat the better.

Coconut is the best cooking oil. But don't overdo coconut as you're not extremely overweight to begin with.

The other things you mentioned aren't particularly great.

I have one scale that says 170lbs and then varies wildly, and a second scale that says 160lbs and then varies wildly.

I don't even care what I weigh anymore.

Vegetables and lean meats. Eat until you are not hungry, not until you are full. Drop all products containing sugar (eat some fruits instead if you get the urge). No semi-processed foods. Avoid frying. Bake, boil or whatever instead. Eat vegetables.

If you really want to you can work out, but for pure weightloss purposes it's very inefficient. Change your eating habits instead, much less work and so much more efficient.

Atkins n' cardio.
Also, don't listen to dicks like >>11287 , you have a serious problem man, and you need a serious solution.
Avoid carbs, completely: no sugar, no pasta, no rice, no bread, no fruits, no shit at all. Eat all you want but that and you just can't go wrong.

It's assholes like you that keep people away from going to gyms and being open about wanting to get fit. Grow up cockmunchers. If the alternative is not doing anything at all I'd say congratulations and good luck to you, let us know how it works out for you.

/fit/ should be a place for support and encouragement, not pussy's who think they're top shit putting down the newer people.
