    stay away from over processed food,that stuff is unhealthy as fuck.

    protein powder if you really don't have a time to eat right after the workout,but still,fish,chicken breast are good sorce of protein,with some vegetables and stuff are cheap and healthy then fucking candy that someone sale to you.

  • So during the course of two week during christmas i stopped dieting and reguraly working out after being on a strict diet and workout schedule. But when i checked my weight after these two weeks i dropped from 115 kg to 113 kg. Now i probably didnt eat over 3500, not sure. But how did i lose 2 kg during that time. Is this natural, or did i lose 2kg of muscle mass? Is it even possible for someone to lose 2 kg of muscle mass in two weeks?

  • When you're performing a strict diet the metabolism switches, so it's normal for you to still losing weight for a period of time after leaving it, or at least that's what my doctor told me once. I really doubt that it's muscle mass, mostly if you've been eating carbs and protein enough and they were only two weeks.

  • Are you taking care to create identical circumstances for each weighing? Time of day, bowl movements, meals, perspiration, water retention, level of hydration and poor quality scales has caused my total bodymass to vary with more than 5 kg (~11 pounds) between two weigh-ins 4 days apart.

    The yolk is better than the white. Think of it like this:

    The white is the part that will eventually grow and develop into the chick.
    The yellow is the power pack which provides all the nutrients and energy needed to achieve this.

    If you prefer nutritionally drained and processed food continue eating the white, if not switch to the yolk.

    That's pretty much the exact opposite of reality. The yellow is the cell, wich will develop into the animal, and it's the part which contains the cholesterol. The white is pretty much all protein and some vitamins.
