I'm a bit of a noob with around a year's experience under my belt. I basically know how to do all the lifts with proper form, but definitely haven't eked out all the "noob gains".
I'm 100% solely focused on aesthetics, but not in a competitive bodybuilding sense.
Thoughts on BBM Hypertrophy vs RP MPT vs Kizen Maximum Hypertrophy or any other hypertrophy-focused programs?

I wouldn't recommend running a JM program to someone with less than 3 years of putting solid hard work in the gym. Read this (written by JM): https://www.t-nation.com/training/mountain-dog-training-for-intermediates
I would recommend Kizen, or even just Madcow 5x5 till you reach intermediate/advanced standards of compound lifts. For reference: https://strengthlevel.com/strength-standards/male/lb
If you haven't, by all means, take advantage of those noob gains by increasing your main lifts before switching to a hypertrophy style of lifting
