Idk whether if it's the right thread or nah, but here goes.
I'm 21, training for 2-2.5 years (Never took strength training very seriously, from the beginning, the goal was to lose fat anyhow), 187 cms (6'1"), 95 KGs, with SBD 1RMs clocked at 140KGs/90KGs/160KGs, 16-18% BF, Aesthetics mainly being the end goal.
Should I keep on running a linear progression, or should I switch to something else now? And what would y'all suggest from all the wonderful programs up here? Should I gain more strength by eating in a surplus and focus mainly on strength training, or should I cut down to a moderately low BF?
Also, what spreadsheet(s) would be the best for my goals?
yea not the right thread, but no you really shouldn't drag out LP for longer than 3-4 months. if strength is your thing i highly recommend the bridge from barbell medicine, finished it last week and bench/OHP went up 30lbs and squat/deadlift went up 60lbs each. You could also run texas method, gzcl, or another program like 5/3/1, but BBM has very good fatigue management in their programs and they are built for long term progress. you can also find almost all 20+ programs here. good luck with training my man.

I would like to see body Spartan programs posted, still missing two of the Jordan Peter's programs massive and extreme lean, also looking for any custom neversate programming especially any non lp versions.
For those asking programming, just pick one and stick too it and eat like a mother fucker. Some of y'all drive me insane with the program hopping. All of these programs work so long as you are progressing in strength in the given rep range either through more reps, density or weight. Whatever program you do, make it your bitch. I suggest using the macros from the leangains calculator on musclehacking.
