Trying to figure out how the weight ranges work for the Renaissance Periodization Male Muscle Gain and Fat Loss templates.
I found a comment that said the following:

> MFL_06 = 75-84kg
> MFL_07 = 84-93kg
> MFL_08 = 93-102kg
Are these your starting weight before the cut, desired final weight, or a bit of both?
If someone was looking to cut from 87kg down to 82kg, should they use MFL_07 or MFL_06?
I've also found conflicting info on how MFL and MMG weight ranges line up. One comment said MMG and MFL ranges were the same for each bucket. Another had everything shifted by one, so MMG_04 = MFL_05.
I found a MMG_04 template labeled "160lbs" (72kg) which doesn't seem to line up with the ranges above, which makes me believe the shifted-by-one folks are correct.
If I'm looking to bulk from 62kg, does that mean I should be using MMG_03?
Does anyone already have a copy of MMG_03?
I've only got MFL 05-08 and MMG 04/06/07 (all from other folks), but happy to share.
