I understand the cynicism for my lack of knowledge but I'm a first time message board user. I appreciate those who explained the process without the not so subtle annoyance. Wasn't sure how to attach files and I simply needed to upload else where and link. Simple but I'm obv a simpleton. So thanks again for those of you who just explained and didn't assume I'm the worst person alive.

Anyway. I have 40+ programs from catalyst athletics but they all have my personal info on them so I redacted my name and such on a few but it's time consuming and will likely upload more later. These aren't in any order and if they're strength blocks they're going to be broken up into separate .pdf because I likely didn't combine them.

As for hybrid performance method. I've been paying to use their programs but its been like $360+ over the last 6 months and I feel stupid paying that now that I'm here and see all these programs up for grabs. I still have my subscription and will likely get Hybrid WOD and Hybrid Weightlifting 2.0 in a few days but it's time consuming since they don't give you programs outright and if you move too far ahead, you need to message them to move to whatever day in your program.

I want squat protocol as well because I'd like to do something other than a Russian squat cycle or the catalyst double day squats program. So if you can hook up Hybrid Performance goodness that doesn't require me messaging their admin everyday, I'd be super thankful.

These are the hybrid programs I have so far. All 12 week long and I don't believe it does anything other than start over again at the end of those 12 weeks.

And thanks to everyone who has contributed thus far. I'm not a talent athletically by any means but ya girl tries.

Hey bros, how are you doing today?
I've been working out these past 5 months, and noticed some results. Even though I was following a diet (about 2250kcal per day, I'm male, 18 years old, 6'0/1,85cm and about 215lbs/97kg) I didn't lose much fat, and builded up some muscles. I believe that my BF% is about 23%. My body type is probably Endomorph, since it's pretty hard for me to lose fat but kinda easy to build muscles.
My question is: Should I focus on getting muscles first (I don't really care about getting ripped, and I got the feeling that I will look like a really if I lose all my fat based on my actual muscle mass, and considering that part of this muscle mass will vanish too) or to lose body fat?
