Any program that you can do consistently. If you wanna get big you have to learn to work hard. Do that consistently and make sure you're recovering (sleep and food). The squat, bench and deadlift+pull ups helped me build a ton of muscle. I'm not sure which template is best however. I only know what which exercises worked best for me and that's a program my friend designed for me. He's my coach and he has competed at IPF Worlds.
