Dude you do realize the only difference between Fortitude (which I just posted above) and the Virgin Voyage is that VV has the actual exercise plugged in for you. But if you read FT< you cana easily set it up and pick the exercises you choose...there is no other differnce, and it also depends on the fact that your gym may or not have the equipment or layout to execute exactly laid out as in VV. IDK I dont even see the value in it, just do it yourself. You have to read the entire FT e-book to grasp it, it is not like every other program where you just scroll to the program and start.
