  • I'll go straight to the point. I'm like 1,75cm tall and 100kg. I don't have a lot of money to spend with blueberries and good food. Also, i don't wanna get all ripped and muscular. Just wanna get a good shape for my height. Request bro/protips with diets and exercises.

    Download "Convict Conditioning", an awesome book about machine-free great conditioning.
    Do that stuff.

  • eat vegetarian (cheap and easy)

    run a lot (free once you have some shoes)

    join the Y and lift 3 times a week. (i pay $15/mo for access to the weights)

    try to pick up a yoga class once a week too. stretching really helps alleviate some of the soreness.
