Yesterday I fapped before my work out. I wasn't even on the mood, it was mostly to see what happened, and I had the worst performance in a very long time. I strongly discourage anyone from doing so.
I'm gonna try the pre-work out porn session one of these days too, and see how it goes.

What should I be able to do in the gym to have the ability to lift, carry and throw around my average weight girlfriend without discomfort?

I've heard that fapping doesn't really affect gains, but doing it before a workout will decrease strength capabilities. So yeah, seconding your experience.
So, I'm having the uncomfortable sensation that my left arm is getting stronger than my right one. This is particularly notable when I perform pushing exercises. For instance, I can't do as much push-ups with my right arm as I can with my left one, nor perform them with the same exquisiteness of technique. Also, my right triceps seems to be getting slightly bigger that my left one, even when it's weaker.
So, what can I do in order to balance my strength?
I'm right-handed by the way, and I'm into calisthenics, and have no money, or time, or the will to go to a gym or get machines.
I'm open to any suggestions you may have, or similar experiences you could share, and glad to read them.

throwing another human around normally requires weight along with some strength. So bulk bro...
While I agree weight and strength are important I would place more importance on technique than anything. I've been able to throw guys ~4 times my weight with realativly little ease once I've got the technique right. That said if you don't have the technique right you're likely to injure yourselves if you don't have some strength to back yourself up.
So, for you and your girlfriend. Strength > Technique >Bulk.
1) It's mostly in your head.
2) Your body isn't symmetrical.
To balance your strength? If you really want to do something about it, isn't the answer obvious? Work out your right arm more.
In addition to what >>11591 said:
1) Almost nobody has a symmetrical body. As long as your tricep/arm/whatever isn't freakishly larger on one side compared to the other, don't sweat it too much.
2) Make sure you exert equal force on both sides of body when doing exercises. It might help to take note of your arm/leg positions (i.e. make sure both hands are equidistant from center of body when doing pushups, otherwise one arm will be worked out more, leading to imbalance)
3) get back into balance by doing the same amount of work on each side. If you can only do 20 pushups with your right arm, then do only 20 pushups with your left arm as well. You may be capable of doing more pushups with your left arm, but do the same number for both sides to get back to a balance.
4)In conjunction with point 3, find out how many pushups/reps of whatever exercise you can do with the WEAKER side of your body, with PROPER FORM. You say that you can't do as many pushups with the right arm with the same "exquisiteness of technique", so find out how many pushups with the right hand you CAN do with the same exquisiteness of technique, and execute the instructions of point 3.

How can a guy be 4 times your weight? Why do you need to throw people that heavy?
I over embellished, he's 2.5x my weight. He was a newbie and didn't believe it was possible to throw him, so I was asked to demonstrate it with him since I'm the least intimidating guy in the club. For the next 45min so he was my rag-doll for every demonstration. I probably would of felt guilty if I hadn't gone through the same thing my first time (I arrived 10min late).
when working out at home, i normally have porn on. i at least will have softcore porn of muscular girls on if not full on XXX. i try not to ejaculate until after the workout though, cuz it always leaves me a bit tired.

Not OP, but can anyone recommend a stand alone pullup stand (or whatever it's called) to a poorfag like me? I've been looking all over and have no idea what to buy.

I used to do my pull ups on a tree, and now I do them on a ladder. Try to find somewhere to hang from if you can't afford a real bar, it's not that hard if you are creative and ready to fuck the skin of your hands up a bit.
