* Novice 5 day per week men's physique chest/back focus
* Novice 5 day per week men's physique full body focus
* Two cutting templates for around 210-240 or so, not an exact range because of how you order from them
* 4 day per week powerlifting strength template
* 5 day per week powerlifting hypertrophy template
Need:
* Renaissance Periodization RP Powerlifting Peaking Template : preferably 5 day per week > 4 day per week, preferably 3-6 year training history > 0.5-3 year > 6+ years, and preferably 165-220 weight class > 220+ > 148 and under
