Totally get a scale and my fitness pal.

Micronutrition is the key to fight hunger. Either you get a balanced diet OR you take supplements.

I have protein powder with all that stuff added and it totally killed my hunger cravings. Naturally without any effort my first meal is at like 5 o clock. Every night 45 min before going to bed I take 2 scoops and the next day is easy.

Also a shake is perfect against hunger. So when I try to diet extreme and my hunger is killing me I just eat a protein shake and it's over.

Gym - body building feels awesome. I like the muscle stimulation feel, I like the gym I am there with 2 friends and no one wants to be the one who skips a training.

The first 6 months it's hella easy to build muscle and lose fat. While training seeing myself with a pump just motivates me more.

If you can't stick with a diet/gym - build discipline first.

I have the novice 5 day per week chest and back template men's physique, novice 5 day per week full body focus template men's physique, two cutting templates for somewhere around 210-240 (M7C and M6C if you're familiar with the naming of the templates), the 4 day powerlifting strength templates, and the 5 day powerlifting hypertrophy templates.

Hey guys, new to 7chan so trying to figure all of this out.

I have:
* Novice 5 day per week men's physique chest/back focus
* Novice 5 day per week men's physique full body focus
* Two cutting templates for around 210-240 or so, not an exact range because of how you order from them
* 4 day per week powerlifting strength template
* 5 day per week powerlifting hypertrophy template


Need:
* Renaissance Periodization RP Powerlifting Peaking Template : preferably 5 day per week > 4 day per week, preferably 3-6 year training history > 0.5-3 year > 6+ years, and preferably 165-220 weight class > 220+ > 148 and under
