I am a member of the site and trust me it is worth every single cent.
There is no specific MOUNTAIN dog template...its literally:
Organic food
Grass fed meat
Omega 3 eggs
Raw milk
Grass fed cow butter
Coconut oil
Work out your TDEE ( total daily energy expenditure.
1-1.25g protein per lb of bodyweight
Fat 0.3 -0.7g x lb of bodyweight to work that out.
Rest of your calories come from carbs.
Then use the above foods in your diet. Diet itself is not ground breaking IMO.
I know this thread is about helping people who can't afford vastly over priced fitness stuff..but come on $10 is nothing.

Seeing how he diets athletes and trains them is worth the cost alone IMO.
Some of his theory on why you should have certain foods and some of his staffs articles are interesting.
