I dont drink sodas because they hurt my teeth.
I dont eat greasy foods due to pimples (over a decade now)
I've gone up to 291 now since original posts.
I bike six and a half miles
I have two jobs now
I lack sleep.
Burn 500 per day is burning one lb of fat.
I want to go back down to my natural.

Plan?
More sleep, possibly quit one of my jobs, and work out more daily basis.
