I can't think of anything wrong with running every day. My logic is that our buddies were built to run, stalk game, hunt, etc.

I'm sure there's a good chance of getting your joints or bones fucked but oh well... in 2010 it helped me cut massive amounts of weight-- i never looked more toned -- and now I've gotten back into it and again its been melting away my fat, in conjunction with an improving diet (more fresh fruit/vegetables, no caffeine, less dairy, aiming at much less alcohol, lol...)
