let's talk running
i recently started and got up to 5k every other day. i still have to slow to a walk for a few minutes in the middle to catch my breath.
is it good to run every day? lately i have been doing every other day and trying to increase the distance a little each time.

i also dropped 5kg with running and cutting dairy out of my diet. another 5kg will drop me to my ideal weight!
