  • My nails are...wavy and unevenly coloured.

    My knuckles and finger joints particularly are ugly, gnobbled and gnarled

    My eyebrows are naturally mono and of uneven sticking out length

    My hairline is receding, and I'm only 20

    My lip has a permanent scar down the middle of the bottom lip due to repeat tearing that at best reseals than eventually tears again at a large smile. This doesn't prerequire dryness even!

    I get chaffing between my thigh and balls and it burrrns all the time. I have to put things on it and it has been come and go since childhood

    My feet are not so smell getting, but certain thick socks get so bad smelling after I use them, and I don't know what to do to reduce the effect of my feets smell or to reduce the smell!

    I have a blocked nose...all the fucking time.

    I seem to have real trouble projecting my voice, not because of any physical difficulty, but it's 'mentally painful' to use the effort - but I force myself any time. What is this?

    A series of many, small time problems.

    Can you fix them for my? Whats your recommendations for each?

    Could possibly be a fungal infection. See a doctor.

  • I had one somewhat large and elongated (larger than the ones pictured). I cut it off with a nail clipper. Shit hurt like hell but it's gone now and left no mark.

    Pistol squats.

    Hand stands, for support muscles and balance.

    Hand stand pushups if you can do them.

    Yoga leg lifts. (Lifting legs and lower body while supporting with upper back and lower arms)

    Horse stance/ wall sitting(?). Add light weights held in hands as you advance. (like, water bottles or whatever)

    Karate-water-jar style lifting for fingers/lower arms. Technically not bodyweight but adding it since you can do it with random items from home.

    Train hard, eat clean. Since you're skinny, make sure to eat a lot of protein (gram of protein per pound of bodyweight) and a lot of complex carbs (whole grain bread, rice, pasta).

    Also, 5x5 starting strength routine. Do it.
