I am just new to health and fitness and want to find some good resources to learn about eating healthy. What do you guys recommend. Also how can I learn to develop a meal plan myself(if that's possible)?
If you're a complete newbie, I'd suggest starting with something like the Renaissance Periodization diet templates for a couple of months just so you get the hang of things.
Meanwhile you should read:
- The Renaissance Diet 2.0
- Muscle & Strength Pyramid: Nutrition (second edition)
These two books will mostly have overlapping content, but the diets they propose are a bit different.
