  • Requesting RP powerlifting strength stuff for beginners, I have the hypetrophy one, which I've shared, and it's recommended to run a few cycles (3 max) of hypetrophy after moving on to a pure strength phase and finally, peaking, so I'm looking to plan my whole year of lifting already !
