    Challenge 2: 50 pushups, 25 chinups, 125 squats

    Challenge 3: 50 pushups, 25 chins, 50 kettlebell snatches

    Must be done in 30 minutes or less. You wear a vest and get more points the heavier the vest

    I get that is a challenge, but watching a video from him at elitefts, he was taking about as a way of training, so I thought that there was more info about it on the forums and was like a program with progression etc.. will check the book again , dont remember if it talks about the whole cycle before the challenge,
