Yeah, I realized that about CC, and I'm not following the suggested progression because I would have to stay on the first steps for more years than a man regularly lives.
I'm doing 2 or 3 sets of about 10 to 15 reps, at least for push-ups, pulls and handstands, so I guess I'm closer to the numbers you pointed for mass, which actually explains a lot of things about how much trouble I'm finding lately to progress on harder variations and how big my breast is becoming in comparison with other body parts, which is something actually awkward for a guy who's still a bit chubby. So I'm switching to 6x6 and see how it turns.
