Hello /fit/ I want to shape up, build muscles, that kind of thing, but am poorfag, so no money for gym. All I have is two 5 kg. hand-weights.
Also, being right-handed naturally my right arm and hand is slightly bigger than the left. But, maybe because of how I've been exercising, on my left the muscles around my shoulder are bigger than on the right, very noticeably difference especially when doing push-ups.
Can I change this? Get a more symmetrical and balanced body, not for looks, purely for my well-being.
Any advice appreciated, thank you.
