woman. why? does it make a difference?
it seems like every every day is fine if i just want to kind of maintain the same distance, but it seems like if i go every other day then i can push myself a bit more and increase my distance a bit. i would like to get up to ~8k and then just stay at that distance for a while. since i started about 6 weeks ago i have increased from 1k to 5k!
