i don't think neolithic man was all that healthy. his life expectancy was like 25 due to disease and malnutrition. it seems foolish to base your diet on people who ate whatever the fuck they could get their hands on because they had a lack of stable reliable foods. and our bodies have evolved since that era too.

and don't extended fasts like that just fuck up your metabolism and cause your body to go into fat storage mode so that it will have reserves to live off of when you aren't eating for days at a time?

what's wrong with just eating a sensible vegetarian diet every day? no meats, no fasts, no cleanses, no detox; just vegetables, grains, legumes, whiskey, and fruit?
