when exercising a muscle group, do you recommend working the whole group first and then individual muscles last, or target individual muscles first and then finish with the whole group.
example: you are targeting legs. do you start with squats and presses then do calf raises, leg extensions, leg curls; or do you finish with the squats and presses after doing the others?
