like for me, movement courses arent my thing, movnat animal flow OS, all arent really my stuff. if its real cheap and in my area then sure, otherwise doubt i'll ever go to them.
Why i chose PRI is cause my experience and path has led to 2 things i know i dont know, and PRi teaches one of them, other is Gait.
yeah, a lot of stuff is expensive but sometimes the only way you'll know it sucks is in hindsight. like recently, a barefoot course i took, it was quite bad. wasted cash. their marketing was good though.
A good example, would be like when i saw your question 'how is that different than Gray Cook, Cressey, Robertson and others? "
The first thing that came to mind is "how are they similar?"
Its nice to know there's someone out there like you, its how i think i learn the most. expand my vision. too tunelled a view sometimes.
