Do keep in mind, however, that it is hard to be so overweight without eating too much. You're eating too much, plain and simple. Focus on eating less and watch miracles happen. If you find that too hard, try to start by not consuming any more liquid calories. Drink only water. It is an easy way to cut back a HUGE amount of calories and start losing weight, as I doubt you can maintain that belly for long on solid calories alone.
