What's with all of the bad advice on this thread? OP, if you want to change yourself, start by not being lazy. Properly educate yourself on the topic, instead of expecting easy answers on a thread. Every body works in a different manner, but to understand the behavior of yours you need to understand how the system works. And if you want fast results, it is most certainly possible. But do not expect it to be easy. Losing 5 pounds of fat per week or gaining that amount weekly in muscle? Been there, done that. But I can only do those things because I know my body well enough to fine tune it as I desire, after years of educating myself on the topic and experimenting. Most likely slow and steady would work better for you, as it is hard to fail that way. But, you have to educate yourself, there is no way around that if you count with a limited budget.
