So during the course of two week during christmas i stopped dieting and reguraly working out after being on a strict diet and workout schedule. But when i checked my weight after these two weeks i dropped from 115 kg to 113 kg. Now i probably didnt eat over 3500, not sure. But how did i lose 2 kg during that time. Is this natural, or did i lose 2kg of muscle mass? Is it even possible for someone to lose 2 kg of muscle mass in two weeks?
