Thanks, man. That guide was way simpler to use than the one program posted above. Like I said, the only differences I noticed where the novice and advanced novice routines are now identical to SS 3rd ed and the intermediate section has a Bill Starr routine and Rip's own 4-day power lifting split with speed work that he calls Woojus Geesham. Maybe you'll find more. Enjoy.
