So I swam for about 10 years til the end of high school. It's been three years since then, i've smoked probably 400+ packs of cigarettes since then.

Today, I decided to work out again. The workout was
Warm Up:
200 Swim
100 Kick
100 Pull
Set
10: 50's 10 seconds rest
5: 100's 20 seconds rest
1: 200 40 seconds rest
10: 25's 5 seconds rest
Cool Down
100 Kick
100 Pull
200 Swim


Now, in high school, this workout would have been a BREEZE for me to do. I just started up again today and couldn't even finish. But my goal by the end of the month is to be back into at least enough shape to do a 2000+ yard workout without dying in the middle of it. Anyone else swim, here?
