I'm a bit of a noob with around a year's experience under my belt. I basically know how to do all the lifts with proper form, but definitely haven't eked out all the "noob gains".

I'm 100% solely focused on aesthetics, but not in a competitive bodybuilding sense.

Thoughts on BBM Hypertrophy vs RP MPT vs Kizen Maximum Hypertrophy or any other hypertrophy-focused programs?
