honestly, I think a well rounded routine that covers all body parts, whether it be a full-body workout or multi-day split, is best for staying /fit/. Unless you're quite big everywhere else and severely lacking in arm size, you're going to be pretty funny looking with the curlbro + chicken legs physique you'll end up with.
