You could be a
dietitian (starting salary around 37 grand, peaks at 74 grand)
Sports doctor
Sport medicine teacher. Now a teacher doesn't necessarily have to be low paid. If you go to a private school, or abroad at an international school, you could get paid a lot more. I know my old bio teacher from my international school got paid $100,000 annually. She was from the states and only had a master's degree in bio.
A fitness instructor for a sports team (I guess that's not exactly personal trainer, but it's kinda similar)
Drill Instructor for the military. You get to make recruits do fitness while you yell at them for their shitty form. As an instructor, you'll also have to keep in shape. Before you complain about salary, keep in mind that the military will cover your insurance, give you allowances for all sorts of shit, and the GI Bill.
