So here's it.
Like I said in good faith, THE CHANNEL IS INTO EFFECT !
A lot of people thought it to be a scam so we missed out major contributors who were legit people but there were also some who never contributed anything of their own and still had the guts to call it a scam.
And and and Tdlsu777 is also a part of it - he personally Doesn't like telegram tho' lol.
Recyclers were trying to get their way I but current members and few friends told me that that was just recycled stuff shared before and guess what? They were not in.
Not posting this to rub it into anyone's face but just an answer to everyone asking me for proof and if I was a fucking scammer, NO I am not, I would never do that. Also not posting this to call for participation but just to tell all those skeptical peole that some kind of unsecurity always exists and doesn't mean you call someone a scammer just because of what YOU think.

Planning to have a do-over once I'm done adding in chins, sits and squats of the same quantity. I get my Cardio hiking to an fro work everyday.

I'd like to autoregulate my workouts as much as possible, but don't want to use RPE/RIR methods as I find them to be overly arbitrary and not very effective.
Ideally I'd like to find ways to autoregulate both intensity, repetitions and volume (as per sets volume). How would you do that?
I'm a novice-intermidiate and can train everyday.
