but darling, for me to respect your opinion, you musn't form word groups like "allergic to bacteria"

the disease in which your white cells mistake your own cells as foreign bodies is called an autoimmune disorder. Irritable bowel syndrome is not an autoimmune disorder.

Besides, you are missing the point in two ways:
1- The scientific bits
Almost all bacteria you ingest are eliminated by your stomach. The ones which would colonize your tonsils do not have the mechanisms necessary to survive this harsh acidic environment.
The bacteria which live in your gut are composed of different organisms, mostly neutral and some actually beneficial. We call this the gut flora (as in flora "and fauna"), or gut microbiota.

OP thinks all his ailments ("recurring flus, irritable bowel, etc.") are caused by him swallowing his tonsil-colonizing bacteria.

Flu is caused by viruses, not bacteria, and not the side-products of bacteria. This rules out that OP's tonsillitis causes the recurring flu.

Irritable bowel syndrome has multiple causes, such as immune deficiency, stress, or bacterial overgrowth (even that, not by the bacteria which involve the tonsils).
If we had the opportunity of a decent patient history, we could determine how often this "recurring flu" actually is. We can also ask for the psychological situation. Then, we could either say it's caused by stress, by some immune problem the OP has, or whether if he has a bacterial overgrowth caused by antibiotic use.

His feces being more solid is either due to a change in dietary pattern, or his thorough use of mouthwash which contains alcohol. Alcohol causes constipation. This might be a similar situation.

OP cannot possibly hope to clean tonsils once they are colonized as thoroughly as he depicts they are. Although not for every person with tonsillitis, his best option is to see a otorhinolaryngologist (who'll probably suggest a tonsillectomy), and see an enterologist about the IBS.

2- Your attitude versus mine
I can in no way understand why you make such an effort for this. Also I'm sorry to say that most of your sentences are rather poorly-formed. They also have tautologies and incorrectly used expressions in them. This makes you come off as an over-emotional wreck. Please be calmer when replying, so we can understand what you are saying without returning to the top three times.

The demon analogy was there as an exaggerated example to show how ridiculous the suggestion seems to someone who actually studies medicine (and also to poke fun at you and your poor writing skills).
It may sound logical if you do not have all the facts.
If you do know more about the subject than the average person though, you can see that the proposition is not logical.
(It is therefore not advisable for a person of science to equate "logical" and "true" without proper testing.)

After all, you wouldn't tell a professional builder "That isn't a weight-bearing wall, what makes you think it is? This is my house, how do you suppose that you have been bestowed the position to get upset at/discredit someone's first-hand experience of something with your own supposition--the kind of supposition you throw OP down for? Is thinking of new reasons against your self-policy?". You are suggesting you know more about the architectural elements and mechanics of your house than the professional builder because you own it, which is ridiculous.
It's the same with the human body.

We have first-hand experiences with chemical reactions every day.
I boil some water to make some tea. I say that I think water vapour must have a different molecular structure than liquid water, because they look physically different. It "sounds logical", I have a "first-hand experience" with it. What makes you think I'm wrong? What gives chemists and physicists the right to throw me down? bla bla bla bla bla bla bla?! over-confidence, arrogance, mwah mwah, miserable, inhibited, stubborn!

Anyone with a basic understanding of chemistry and physics knows that water vapour, liquid water, and ice have the same molecular structure. If someone did not, and insisted that it was different to anyone who knew better, the person with more knowledge would immediately decline, and stubbornly hold their ground.

Who is the fool in this situation? The person insisting that vapour, ice, and water have different molecular structures, or the person insisting that they have the same?
Being stubborn is not a bad thing if you're correct, anon.
I'm correct in this situation, and it is because of this that I insist. I have now provided you with the information which contradicts OP's theory twice. It is now up to you to either accept this information, or be even angrier with me for my "absolute miserable, inhibited, stubborn confidence".
I shall end with a decent ad hominem this time:
You idiot.
