I uploaded another part of the Yoga block from SM Academy, damn 4-5h for an 800MB file :P Only one left, then I will move to Handbalance and later on to Calisthenics.

As concern Saturno Movement I find it very valuable; it is an almost perfect approach to fitness: you got strength and conditioning from Calisthenics (with both Skills and Strength work), you got mobility and self-consciousness from Yoga and you got control and patience from Handbalance.
I also like the approach because it's not only a simple "follow this" program, but quite a real Academy! Most of the times they put explanations and they teach you some solid principles that hides behind training.
The only downside is that following all the three systems is quite demanding both physically and mentally at first, but if you put the right effort it will give you a lot of satisfaction! Definitely not for the gym bro or the "I want it all and now" guy, but for someone who likes to understand something more about their practice its some valuable content.
