The dangers of eggs are greatly blown out of proportion. My sister is a vegetarian, and she eats 4 boiled eggs a day. I eat mostly meat, but i can also fit a couple of eggs into my diet. I also work out a little, so i don't grow too fat from overeating.

What exactly would an egg contain that would be so bad for you? You can eat a chicken, but you can't eat the stuff chickens are made from? Don't be silly. Eat as many eggs as you want. It's cheap, tasty and full of nutrients. All around good food.
