I want to organize a bootcamp style class to do in my yard with two family members. I want to do some ass-kicking exercises that can be done in pairs, or fun to do in groups. I was thinking about doing some sort of sandbag stuff (catching and throwing, but dont have any ideas otherwise. I was thinking about looking to crossfit for inspiration but not really a crossfit fan. So question is this: can you recommend some exercise ideas that can be done in a yard, for a small group, that are challenging but interesting without needing lots of equipment?
