I do understand where you are coming from. the fact is where I live even if i wanted to, i won't be able to purchase anything in a foreign currency. also you may note, the stuff i have requested won't be a burden on anybody to actually buy and share and just both core training and sandbag training just might be the most value for money stuff that you can buy anywhere on the net or even off it, if you have visited his blog you will know what i am talking about.
