It is really really easy.
The problem is that women are fucking autistic about their self image.
Just eat healthy stuff man. - I don't worry about over eating because i am so active.
Make 2\3 your intake of calories fruits, veggies, nuts, and oats (there are so many different types of oats, not just oat meal).
The other third should be lean meat, poultry and fish. Organic is ideal
Don't eat anything processed.
Since you are a noob i'm going to run you through what i today!
(i had the day off so i lazed around.)
6:00am - woke up hungry. Ate a cliff bar & back to sleep
9:00am - woke up, made a bowl of oatmeal, ate an apple & banana and had a Mediterranean salad
11:00am - Had two special K yogurt bars
noon - took my dog on a 2 hour hike in the woods
2:00pm - Had an asian salad, 2 pieces of daves killer bread with some turkey, and "KIND" brand mix of oats.
4:00pm - swam 2 kilometers in a lap pool and did 8 minute abs twice
5:30pm - had a whey protein shake, tuna salad, almonds and sun flower seeds
11:00pm - took my dog for a night hike for an hour
12:00pm - had a bowl of safeway brand oats & honey clusters or whatever with whole milk
As you can see, the key is avoiding animal products (IN EXCESS), processed foods of any kind and non natural glucose.
